NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at booking, NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled & you WILL NOT be refunded of your deposit.

$5.00 fee assessed if late, but arrive before the 15 minute grace period. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please come to appointment with a FRESH FACE.  No makeup can be on face.  If you come with an unclean face, you will have to provide your own products to clean face prior to lashing.

Please be ON TIME.

I DO NOT and WILL NOT lash over any other lash technician's work.  I will only do lash fills on existing customers.
